2011 ASPC Summer Showdown Preview

The 2011 Arkansas Sports Performance Center 7-on-7 Summer Showdown will be held Thursday at Robinson High School in Little Rock.  Last year's event was cut short after pool play due to a late afternoon thunderstorm.  Bryant and Pulaski Academy were named co-champions after they both went 4-0 in pool play.  Both of those teams are back this year and will waste no time matching up as they will play each other in the 2:00 game.

Pool Play will begin at 1:30 and will end at approximately 5:30.  All teams will be seeded in a 10-team single elimination tournament that begins at 5:40.  The finals will be at 7:50.

Pool A - Bryant, Pulaski Academy, Hope
Pool B - Central, Lakeside, Mills
Pool C - Robinson, Mena, Maumelle, Fordyce
